Returns & exchanges
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, and only if an error was made on our end, such as:
- You received a different product from what you ordered
- You received the wrong set or item
The item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition.
Refunds
We do not offer direct refunds at this time. If an issue is confirmed to be from our side, we will gladly offer:
- A replacement, or
- An exchange for the correct item

- Claims must be reported within the 24-hour window after delivery.
