- Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery. This applies only if an error was made on our end, such as:
- You received a different product from what you ordered
- You received the wrong set or item
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Refunds
- We do not offer direct refunds at this time. However, if an issue is confirmed to be from our side, we will gladly offer:
- A replacement, or
- An exchange for the correct item
